1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CoPost ("the Service"), operated by CoPost ("we," "our," or "us") at getcopost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoPost is an AI-powered social media content calendar generator designed for home improvement businesses. The Service generates monthly content calendars containing post captions, hashtags, graphic direction, reel concepts, and scheduling recommendations based on your business profile and preferences. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended as a starting point for your social media strategy.

3. Account Registration

To use CoPost, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

When using CoPost, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding
• Review and edit generated content before publishing to your social media accounts
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Not use the Service to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful

5. Subscription and Billing

CoPost offers a free trial period of 7 days. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle but will not receive a refund for the remaining period.

Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable and you will retain access until the end of your annual billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by CoPost is created using artificial intelligence and is provided as a recommendation and starting point for your social media strategy. While we strive to generate high-quality, relevant content tailored to your business, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it to your social media accounts. CoPost is not responsible for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content, including but not limited to inaccuracies, copyright concerns, or reputational impact.

8. Intellectual Property

The CoPost platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI technology, is owned by CoPost and protected by intellectual property laws. Content calendars generated for you through the Service are yours to use for your business purposes. You retain full rights to use, modify, and publish the generated content. However, you may not resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use CoPost to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Promote illegal activities or services
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or generated content as a competing product

Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@getcopost.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoPost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoPost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your publication of content generated through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of CoPost after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
